If you want the chant to be heard and understood, clarity is key!
Words aren’t as important as VOLUME and RHYTHM:

People who aren’t as familiar with the chants can still recognize most of the patterns

If you don’t know the words, still lend your voice to the rhythm!
More Voices = More Fun = Less Embarrassment:

The worst: someone tries to start a chant and it fades because no one joins in!

We have to support each other in the effort to get chants going!

A chant leader can help, as does some sort of percussive instrument - that’s why you hear drums at the League games!
